Energy Healing is a restorative treatment focused on the energetic body, creating space to slow down, reconnect and restore a sense of inner balance.

Through hands-on healing, intuitive energy work and, where relevant, face mapping, Jolien tunes into what presents itself in the moment. The session may bring awareness to areas of tension, emotional patterns or places where energy feels held.

The treatment includes 15 minutes of infrared light therapy on an area of your choice, using gentle warmth to encourage relaxation and ease physical tension.

Each session is different, leaving space for you to feel lighter, more grounded and connected.
